Any of our items can be made gluten free. I use King Arthur Measure for Measure gluten free flour, and I prepare gluten free items separately from other items to avoid cross-contamination. I am very familiar with baking gluten free items, however, these items are prepared in a home kitchen, and it is not a dedicated gluten free space. Please contact me about gluten free items and we can discuss if my precautions would be sufficient for your sensitivity.
