Ginger Pie is award winning for a reason! We just had the French silk and it is the best we’ve ever had! The crust is perfectly buttery and crisp, the whipped cream is light, thick creamy and dreamy, and the silky chocolate filling is absolutely decadent. That final touch of chocolate on top takes it over the edge into dessert perfection. Every bite was pure bliss. I’ll be coming back for this pie again and again! And can’t wait to try other Ginger Pie treats too!
